Configuring Zendesk
Our Zendesk integration allow your transferred interactions to be sent to your zendesk installation as tickets. Additionaly if you are using Tickets web forms it allows to map our transfer targets with you web forms and map our transfer custom fields with your zendesk custom fields.
Prerequisites
You must have a working Zendesk installation with admin rights.
Connect Guuru to Zendesk
The steps below will connect Guuru to Zendesk and activate the integration.
Open the Partner Portal and navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Under Zendesk you need to set your Zendesk Subdomain.

- Click Authorize.
Transfer Targets/Web Forms Mapping
To map some Transfer Target with some of your zendesk web form, you just need to set the corresponding Form id in the Transfer Target settings. All transferred conversations to the configured target will create a new ticket in your zendesk installation with the form id set.

Transfer Custom Fields/Zendesk Custom Fields Mapping
To map some Transfer Custom Field with some of your zendesk custom fields, you just need to set the corresponding Custom Field id in the Custom Field settings.
