As a result most of the incoming support inquiries are answered right away before hitting your ticketing system: either through the GUURU SmartBot or via live chat by knowledgeable product users or your agents.
Using the SmartForm and Chat on the same page
Both share the same script and initialization code.
The code only have to be initialized once.
If you are already using the GUURU Chat Loader on the page where you want to use the GUURU Smart Form then it's all done.
Just copy the code snippet from your Developer Settings, where we pre-populate your Application ID (this is your APP_ID in the code) for you.

If you copy the code snippet above you'll need to manually change your Application ID. You can get your AppId on the General Settings.
Paste the code right before the closing
</body> tag of every page where you
want the Guuru Loader to appear.
We recommend adding the code directly in-page instead of using other tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM). Those tools might be blocked by some adblockers or browsers directly and this way we guarantee that SmartForm is available to all customers.
The Smart Form is configurable from the Partner Portal Form page under Settings menu.
There you can change the loader size, positioning within the contact page, on what pages the loader should be enabled. The color scheme of the loader is common to the chat loader.
