We recommend adding the code directly in-page instead of using other tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM). Those tools might be blocked by some adblockers or browsers directly and this way we guarantee that SmartForm is available to all customers.
After installing our Button, you can configure the behaviour and appearance
from the Partner Portal Form Settings.
There you can change the position within the contact page and on what pages the button should be enabled. The color scheme of the button is the one defined under General Settings.
