SmartChat

The SmartChat is an AI-powered live chat. The chat window can be accessed via web browser, allowing your website visitors to click in our button and immediately start getting help, without leaving the page they are currently visiting. When a chat session is in progress it will be resumed automatically after the chat window is loaded.

Installation

It only takes a few minutes to install SmartChat on your website. To get started, you just need to install our Button.

After installing our Button, open your website, and the chat button will appear. You can now configure the behavior and appearance from the Partner Portal Chat Settings.
There, you can change button style, position, icon, color, set a schedule for when it should appear, configure proactive chat engagement rules, configure display rules based on Urls amongst other features.

We don't recommend you to implement your own custom chat button.
If you build a custom chat button, the platform's Chat Button features will not work.

Using the SmartChat and SmartForm on the same page

Both share the same script. The code only has to be installed once. If you have already installed the Button on the page where you want to use the SmartChat then it's all done.
